This modulated two level retail / office building has been designed with prefabricated components manufactured abroad, providing a faster construction period resulting in a cost effective solution for the Developer. Due to the nature of the narrow sites, existing uses rights were obtained from the original building that was demolished from the Canterbury earthquakes and combined two sites creating one practical floor space.
Ferry Road is the corridor from the city to the sea and is important to local communities and the wider city. It has been identified as a priority for master planning to assist with earthquake recovery and the suburb of Woolston is becoming popular location for bars, cafes and retail activities.
Preliminary design complete and Resource Consent approved. Construction to commence 2015.
